Trade and payment terms
Indicative terms. Final terms are confirmed in each written quotation and sales contract.
- Delivery terms
- FOB Lagos, Nigeria (Incoterms 2020). We prepare the goods for export and load them on board. The buyer arranges freight and marine insurance. CFR and CIF quotations are available on request.
- Export partner
- Kabod Crest Ltd, our export partner, handles export documentation and shipment from Lagos.
- Payment methods
- Bank transfer (T/T) to our named business bank account, or an irrevocable documentary letter of credit (L/C) at sight, confirmed by a bank acceptable to us. We do not accept cash, personal accounts, cryptocurrency or payment links.
- Deposit
- Commercial orders: 30% on order confirmation. A buyer's first order: 50% on order confirmation, unless paid by L/C.
- Balance
- Due before release of the original shipping documents, against a copy of the bill of lading.
- Samples and trial packs
- Paid in advance, including courier cost. Availability, cost and shipping are confirmed in our reply.
- Credit
- Open-account credit is not offered on first orders. It may be considered for established buyers.
- Payment safety
- Bank details are issued only on our quotation and invoice. Before paying, confirm any bank detail change with us by WhatsApp or by phone on 1300 038 403 (Australia).
- Export documents
- Typically a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin, plus a phytosanitary certificate and a certificate of analysis where required or available. The exact set is confirmed in the quotation.
